Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unwashed, unworn footwear in its original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
